A North London based Main Contractor is looking for a Construction Director who has a strong understanding of the full construction process, to work on, mainly, Residential development projects up to circa £10m in value.

This Main Contractor dedicate 1 or 2 of the directors to each project. This helps to maintain build quality throughout and helps nurture long-standing relationships which bring a steady stream of ongoing work.

The Role

The Construction Director will manage the construction process from start to finish. Duties will include:

  • Project Planning

  • Keep training, qualifications, and accreditations up to date.

Job Title: Head Chef

Renumeration: £40K – £45K per annum.
